As food and agriculture move closer to the center of climate, health, and economic policy discussions, the Ag Policy Summit will convene policymakers, industry leaders, farmers, researchers, advocates, and investors to explore the policies shaping the future of our food system. Discussions will examine federal and state policy developments, the future of the Farm Bill, corporate and public-sector collaboration, and nutrition & public health.

Regenerative Tapas by Chef Spike Gjerde
Join James Beard Award-winning chef Spike Gjerde, founder of Baltimore’s ecco/project, for tapas made with ingredients from Why Regenerative’s marketplace. All of ecco’s restaurants—Woodberry Kitchen, La Jetée, Bar Dalí, and Cafe Terracotta—work entirely with regenerative and local ingredients purchased directly from growers. During Happy Hour, Gjerde will give attendees a taste of Bar Dalí bites:
