Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ceylon Cinnamon is grown in the lush, tropical climate of Sri Lanka. Ceylon Cinnamon has the authentic sweet and spicy flavor and warm fragrance of "true cinnamon," as Ceylon cinnamon is often referred to. Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) has a more delicate and sweet flavor than the more common cassia cinnamon and is ideal for baked goods and fine, delicately flavored desserts.
