PACHA

PACHA is a regenerative food company producing certified organic sprouted sourdough buckwheat bread made from just two simple ingredients: sprouted buckwheat and sea salt. Founded in 2020 by Adam Hiner and Maddie Hamann, PACHA was created to offer a truly clean, nourishing alternative to conventional gluten-free breads while supporting the transition of farmland to regenerative agriculture.

Buckwheat is a powerful regenerative crop that supports soil biodiversity, improves soil structure, feeds pollinators, and helps farmers reduce or eliminate synthetic inputs. PACHA sources regeneratively grown buckwheat from verified farms in the U.S. Northern Plains and works each year to expand the acreage managed using regenerative practices.

All PACHA products are certified organic, certified gluten-free, plant-based, and free from the top nine allergens. By relying on buckwheat’s natural binding properties, PACHA eliminates the gums, binders, and fillers commonly found in gluten-free products.

Beyond ingredients, PACHA is committed to reducing environmental impact across the supply chain. The company packages its bread in certified home-compostable packaging and prioritizes transparent sourcing and regenerative partnerships.

Today PACHA products are available nationwide through retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Albertson's Banners, and through direct online sales. The company’s mission is simple: to nourish the health of people and the planet with regenerative, gluten-free food that’s good for the gut & actually tastes great.
