StarWalker Organic Farms is a third-generation, family-owned regenerative organic farm based in Northern California. The farm is the world’s first Regenerative Organic Certified® pork producer and the first Regenerative Organic Certified® beef producer in the United States, setting a national standard for soil health, animal welfare, and transparency.
Operating across thousands of acres, StarWalker raises cattle and pigs using regenerative practices that restore soil biology and support resilient ecosystems. The farm offers Regenerative Organic Certified® beef and pork directly to consumers, including innovative products like the world’s first ROC® jerky and meat snack sticks, alongside organic hay and grain production.
