Survey Event Pass Eligibility Terms & Conditions

• Eligible participants must be 18 or older and currently work professionally in food, agriculture, fiber, or a related field connected to the regenerative agriculture ecosystem.

• Must be a legal resident of the 50 US states or DC.

• Must complete the 2026 Regenerative Agriculture Industry Survey by October 30, 2026 at 11:59pm.

• Must opt in to the event pass incentive and provide a valid email address.

• One incentive per person. Duplicate or substantially incomplete survey responses do not qualify.

• The first 25 eligible respondents, determined by completed survey timestamp, will receive a pass.

• Employees/contractors of Why Regenerative and Socha Branding are ineligible.

• Each pass covers admission to only one participating 2027 Why Regenerative event; travel, lodging and other expenses are not included.

• Participating events include: Regenerative Expo, RegenerativeNYC, and Climate Week NYC 2027.

• If the selected event is canceled, the complimentary pass may be transferred to another participating Why Regenerative event in 2027, subject to availability.

• The pass is not transferable and has no cash value.

• Participants must claim their pass and select their event by December 1, 2026. If a participant declines or does not respond by that date, the pass is forfeited.
